“… powerful female – delicate male … misleidys castillo pedroso & oswald tschirtner” have the opportunity to do so until September 6, 2020.

And since anticipation is the most beautiful thing in the world, we would like to give you a small foretaste of the exhibition “ladies – brut”, which will see the light of day next autumn. In this exhibition, curator Irina Katnik skilfully directs the focus to the representation of the image of women in the art brut scene. One of the highlights will be a work by the Swiss artist Aloïse Corbaz, one of the world’s most renowned female representatives of art brut, whom we are pleased to present for the first time in our gallery. In addition to Ida Buchmann and numerous other artists, there will also be lady images of the older generation of Gugging Artists such as Franz Kamlander, Johann Korec, Philipp Schöpke, Oswald Tschirtner and August Walla on display. But more will not be revealed here yet, so one can be curious.
