We are looking forward to return to our first fair in 2022 after a two-year situational break – the Drawing Now Art Fair in Paris, which will take place from May 19 until 22. Drawing Now Art Fair is the first contemporary art fair exclusively dedicated to drawing in Europe, created in 2007.
On the occasion of its 15th edition, the fair returns to the Carreau du Temple in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
Our presentation will focus on the Swiss artist Ida Buchmann, with whom we would like to set a female accent at this year’s Drawing Now. Strong strokes and almost garish colors characterise her works, which were created at great speed, and which harmonise very well with the strong works of our male counterpart, the Gugging Artist Arnold Schmidt.
In addition, current works by Leopold Strobl will be presented.
